-please let me know if you'd like anything specific with your order, ex background, expression, canvas style, otherwise, I will take artistic freedom!
-if any major changes are requested after the coloring stages, that will be an additional $7 fee
-all adopts/commissions through PayPal, USD ONLY!
-you can resell/trade my designs with no time limit.
-please do not gift, resell or trade my designs to people that are blacklisted.
-don’t copy or colorpick my designs for a character, referencing is ok but straight up copy no.
-you must have a Toyhouse to own my adopts/designs.
-don’t resell my designs for more than what you got them unless they have extra art.
-your own art can count as monetary value.
-free art/trades doesn’t count as monetary value.
-if you have a Toyhouse, you must credit me properly as the designer/artist.
-if you bought one of my designs, you bought all the rights to this character, feel free
to use it for whatever you want! if you do something big with them I would love to see!
-always credit me as the designer even if it’s a custom.
(I've had people not crediting me for this)
-never delete the reference I did for one of my designs or my
credit. (you can put the old design and credit on another tab tho if you completely redesign them)
-do not heavily reference or make carbon copies of my designs,
I don’t mind if you take inspiration, but pls don't rip off.
-please if you bid on an adopt or commission me, don't ghost me when you have to pay or you're blacklisted.
-i reserve the right to post, use and share any and all art i have made. I will only not post or use my art as examples if we have agreed to it beforehand. Any art made in the past will continue to be posted, used and shared by me as examples of my work.
